The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Refining Affairs, Mr. Hamid Younis, announced the start of Iraq’s export of jet fuel from Iraqi ports.

Mr. Younis stated that the ministry has commenced exporting jet fuel at a rate of (800-1000) tons per day, emphasizing that the Iraqi production of jet fuel meets international specifications and standards.

This step comes to strengthen Iraq’s role in the global market as one of the countries producing and exporting oil and its derivatives, reflecting the significant development in the Iraqi oil industry.
